Questions?
We have answers.
Where does RokuTea source its tea?
We source our teas directly from Japan. Our Hojicha comes from Shizuoka Prefecture, our Ceremonial Grade Matcha from Kagoshima.
How long does shipping take?
We ship your order on the same or the next business day. The delivery time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within a few business days.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We offer free shipping with no minimum order quantity, regardless of whether you order a single pack or stock up.
What does Hojicha taste like?
Hojicha is known for its warm, soothing flavor. It is mild, nutty, slightly caramel-like, and has a pleasantly earthy note. Unlike many other green teas, it is hardly bitter and free from grassy notes.
